2008 ----> 2009

Today marks the end of the year 2008 and tomorrow the year 2009 will begin. Times files. 1 year had passed so fast like the speed of light. Haiz.. How I wish that I can turn back the clock and also freeze the time so that it won't pass so fast. But this is just imagination and this won't happen in reality.

So far the year 2008 surely brings lots of sweet and bitter memories to me. I stayed at home doing nothing for the past 6 months after sitting for my SPM examinations. While most of my friends had started undergoing NS training and some of them begin their studies in their respective colleges. Until the month of July, I begin to further my studies in college and it is time for studying. Currently I'm now having my last 4 days of break before stress is piling up on me. :( I'm still not mentally and physically prepared to go back to college. How I wish the college give us another month break.

What I missed the events in 2008 is the EURO 2008, which kicked off early June and ended on the last day of June. I remembered that I watch every single football matches although most of the matches held in midnight and the following morning. Even though I didn't get enough sleep, but it was so fun get to watch all the matches. I think for the next World Cup in 2010, hopefully I'm able to watch every single match provided I'm free. lol.

The Beijing Olympics 2008 was a marvelous one hosted ever in the history. I managed to catch both the Opening Ceremony and also the Closing Ceremony of the games. But due to college assignments and homework, I was forced not to watch some of the interesting part of the games. Anyway we wait for the next Olympic Games which will be held in London in 2012. lol.

Tata and God bless.

Will blog more if I'm free to do so. :)

1st Anniversary

Today is the 1st anniversary my family and I left our beloved Taman Melawati home and shifted to Puchong. Wow!! I just can't believe that it has already been a year I've stayed in Puchong. But I prefer Taman Melawati because of the greenery surrounding our homes and its tranquillity whereas Puchong is a town which is currently undergoing rapid development and also a place where there are more shophouses and restaurants compared to Taman Melawati.

Yesterday afternoon, my family and I went back to Desa View ( our old house ) in Taman Melawati to collect some of the letters in the letterbox and also to check the condition of the house. The house is in total mass and filthy because we still don't have the time to clean it up. The last time I went back to my old house was about 2 months ago and there were no guards at all, the water of the swimming pool was greenish, and the holes on the road were not tarred . To my surprise, when we entered Desa View, there is a brand new boom gate being built and a refurbished guardhouse. We can't enter the compound because we don't have the access card to open the boom gate. My dad then parked his car in an empty parking space beside the old playground. We then head to the swimming pool and we were shocked to see the crystal blue water in the pool. The new management had finally cleaned up the place and this is a good sign to the residents who are staying there.

After that, I passed by my old primary school and secondary school. On the way, we saw a very rapid development around Melawati hills where all the trees had been cut and the hills were being developed to a brand new housing area. The recent landslide which occured in Bukit Antarabangsa had certainly reminded me of dangerous hill developments. They were many landslides happened in the area around Ulu Klang and yet there are still houses being built around the hills. Politicians should stop taking to the press that all hill developments should be stopped immediately. Instead, stern actions should be taken against developers who insist to built houses around the hillside. We all against hill development and we do not want to see any death happen due to this natural phenomena then only actions will be taken. "Actions speaks louder than words" Act now before anything worst will happen.

My condolence to those who had lost their loved onces and I really thank God that my friends and teachers who stay in Bukit Antarabangsa are still save.

After that, we went to Berjaya Times Square at 3.30 p.m. Went to Borders to read some book overthere and at the same time got my hair cut in Fusion Saloon. XP. There goes my long hair. :(. lol.

Tata and God bless :)

Online Games in Facebook

I've recently discovered that facebook do have online games. For the past 2 weeks I've been addicted to it until I didn't update my blog for a very long time XP.

Here are the pictures of the games in Facebook.

Bowling Buddies : This game is actually a bowling game. I used to play the real bowling game before but the points that I used to scored before were at least 100 ++ points. In this game, I can get up to 5 strikes and 8 spares which is possible to achieve to all players but for the real bowling game, I don't think I can't achieve that high points. I'm now trying to get to the 220 ++ if possible :)

Who Has The Biggest Brain : The purpose of this game is to test on how intelligent is our brain. lol. But I find it that the game is effective to determine if our brain can think fast enough to solve all puzzles and do simple calculations :D. I seriously need to improve my mental calculation because I rely too much on my scientific calculator to calculate simple calculations. hehe.

Geo Challenge : This is one of my favourite games. This game require us to identify the name of the nations' flags, identify the world map, and also identify the cities of every nations. This game need more knowledge on Geography. Geography is considered my favourite subject and the last time I've learned it when I was in Form 3. I really miss learning that subject. :( Certainly, this game kind of reminded me of Geography :) Hehe..

Pet Society : This game certainly reminds me of Harvest Moon, whereby a boy need to run errands by walking around the town meeting neighbours, selling and buying things, and taking part in various competitions. This Pet Society is almost similar to Harvest Moon. The only different thing is the animal will walk around the town meeting friends, taking part in various activities and etc. This game can be quite fun, but it certainly take lots of time to obtain the highest score. lol.

Word challenge : This game is to test how fast and good we can form many words using the 6 given alphabets. I really seldom play this game since it require more thinking to form the words. haiz... But this game is good since it can imporve my vocabulary and also forming various words .

Thats all for today. Tata and God bless :)
